This Food PANtrie hanging solar food dryer will preserve foods naturally without electricity. Sprout wheatgrass, alfalfa, mung beans, lentils, and your other favorites. Dry jerky, apples, apricots, onions, mushrooms and more!

5 sq. ft. of drying area but folds to 3" x 15" x 15". Easy to move and store, almost indestructible polypropylene.

Mesh enclosure allows full 360 degree air circulation, for quick even drying. (Mesh is small enough to keep fruit flies at bay.) Folds up to the size of a large brownie pan for self-contained storage. Attachment of cloth hanging straps to tray rests is a little quirky and takes some getting used to . . . but I have worked out two workarounds that help some.
